Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable day when we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings. To provide exceptional customer service and operational excellence through effective planning and problem resolution, maximising availability by understanding customers’ needs. To identify opportunities for enhancing delivery efficiency and achieving cost savings by collaborating with our customers to plan short-term demand and ensuring that stock is supplied correctly the first time. The recipe! (Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive)The purpose of this role is To be fully aware of the end-to-end process and m
anage the customer orders from placement to despatch.  Manage the complete order management process, including order processing, distributor liaison, and despatch notification.  Deliver and maintain KPI’s.  Work closely with Demand planning, Warehouse teams and Production planning to maximise sales without impacting future availability and causing service risks. Work with the business to reduce the number of SLOB’s (slow moving and obsolete sku’s) and clear aged stock (outside market/customer agreed BBE dates). Pre-empt and resolve with pace, all issues which arise from order processing through to despatch to minimise impact to distributors.  Identify issues in demand and supply imbalances to mitigate short-term risks and implement agreed strategies to ensure the best outcomes across all markets. Communicate effectively and liaise with both customers and markets Lead international complaints and investigation process. Identify opportunities to advance and formulate action plans to improve operation efficiency. Identify opportunities to deliver Continuous Improvement and ‘Raise the bar’, via individual workstreams and projects
