As a Warehouse Operative & FLT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of warehouse function such as picking and packing, stock movement, rotation, and monthly stocktaking. You will support your team in maintaining high standards of tidiness and health and safety while optimising warehouse efficiency. A valid FLT licence is essential as you will be actively involved in managing stock and supporting the business's growing demands.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Warehouse Operative & FLT Requirements:
* Previous FLT experience is essential, along with good experience within a logistics environment.
* Good health and fitness are crucial, as manual handling is a significant aspect of the role.
* A proactive and self-motivated team member who can work well under deadlines; supervisory experience is a plus.
* Proven track record of meeting operational targets and deadlines under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, alongside good numeracy and literacy.
Warehouse Operative & FLT Benefits:
* Salary �24,500 - �26,500 (depending on experience)
