(including the Sauna, Steam Room and pools)A good understanding of hygiene legislation and best practise.Leading by example. Guiding our Spa Attendants & Linen Porters in providing a friendly and efficient service.Support our Operations Manager with stock control and ordering.An ability to converse with Hotel Guests, Spa Members and Spa Days daily.Report any snags or required room maintenance. Making sure all areas are in good order, liaising with the Duty Manager as/when required.The successful candidate must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings as well as weekends.Have strong leadership skills, manage and monitoring the teams performance.About you:Previous experience within a similar role is essential. Please note, this role is a physically demanding role, requiring you to be on your feet throughout. Lifting and manoeuvring of furniture and heavy linens will be required.
