To thrive as an Operational Support Officer, you’ll need:Excellent customer service skills.Proactive approach to Equality and Inclusion as well as Health and SafetyThe ability to challenge inappropriate behaviour.The ability to perform tasks alone or in a team to a high standard without constant supervision.________________________________________Training and SupportNo experience? No problem.
