As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
You will be responsible for:
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a warm and inclusive environment where children feel happy, secure, and valued.
- Observe, assess, and record childrens development, supporting their individual learning journeys.
- Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Educator, Nursery Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).
- A strong understanding of theEYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
