Location: Bishops Stortford
Pay: £15.91 - £18.04 per hour
Shifts:
- Monday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for support workers to assist a young boy with brain injury/cerebral palsy who enjoys being active, reading, and playing games. Your role will involve providing care, companionship, and support with daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging in personalized activities and routines
Assisting with the care program
Providing emotional support and companionship
Keeping accurate care records and reporting changes
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family
Requirements:
Experience in a similar care role
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently
Flexibility to work specified hours
