Pay: £14.65 - £15.80 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to assist individuals with spinal injuries and complex health needs. This is a bank position, meaning shifts are not guaranteed but will be available as required.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the location.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personalised care and support
Assisting with daily tasks (personal care, mobility, meal prep)
Administering medication and monitoring health
Offering emotional support and companionship
Keeping accurate care records
Working with healthcare professionals and family
Requirements:
Previous experience in complex care
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability for shifts
