Experience in using electronic systems to input, monitor and generate reports on Patient experience and engagement. Good time management skills are essential to ensure deadlines are adhered to. The post holder will be a point of contact with a wide range of services across the organisation and externally with third sector and Parliamentary and Health service Ombudsman. Knowledge of information governance procedures i.e. maintaining the confidentiality of information. The postholder will be required to work flexibly, productively and co-operatively with colleagues and customers to deliver quality services.
