Location: Hybrid, Head Office, North Hill, Colchester and homeSalary: Up to £38,000 based on experience, per annumHours: Full-Time Hours; 35 hours per week, Monday-FridayThe Role:As Senior Fundraising Manager you’ll work to raise income, awareness and evolve the profile of Autism Anglia and its work.You’ll develop, implement and monitor fundraising strategies and plans, leading and motivating staff and volunteers to achieve agreed targets and objectives.Lead, inspire and manage the Fundraising & Marketing Assistant and any other fundraising staff or volunteer as agreed with the Director of Income Generation & MarketingBe responsible for income and expenditure budgets for your specified areas of fundraising, ensuring best return on investment for all spendRegular budget and activity monitoring and reporting to the Director of Income Generation & MarketingLead the development of Autism Anglia led events, ensuring that events are held safely, legally and maximise return for the charityLead and develop the challenges event programme, managing the supplier Run For Charity and other partners to ensure that event participation is maximisedLead the development of a schools and higher education fundraising & awareness programme, working collaboratively with colleagues across the charity to promote our services and productsBe responsible for regional and high-value and regional corporate partnerships, working with the Fundraising & Community Engagement Manager to triage and maximise opportunitiesWork with the Director of Income Generation & Marketing to develop and implement an individual giving programme to maximise return from regular giving and appeals/campaignsWork collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure marketing plans are devised and implemented for all fundraising activitiesAutism Anglia:Autism Anglia is the leading autism charity in East Anglia.
