Role Overview: As a Health Visitor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families and promoting child health and development. Your main responsibilities include:
Managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme.
Offering guidance to families on child health and development.
Collaborating with multi-agency teams for integrated care.
Conducting health assessments and evaluations.
Promoting wellbeing across families and communities.
Maintaining accurate records as per NHS standards.
Requirements:
SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
NMC Registration
Experience with child protection and multi-agency collaboration
Strong understanding of child health agendas
Ability to travel between locations
