An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Mechanic with diagnostic experience to join a well-established vehicle repair centre. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £36,000 - £44,000.
As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will diagnose and perform a range of repairs and servicing tasks on customer vehicles.
You will be responsible for:
- Complete service and repair records accurately and in line with workshop requirements.
- Review work orders to confirm vehicle conditions and ensure diagnoses are accurate.
- Work efficiently and safely, utilising technical knowledge to ensure quality service delivery.
- Foster effective working relationships with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operations.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Car Mechanic, Car Technician or in a similar role.
- Possess diagnostic experience.
- NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and functionalities.
- MOT Tester status would be beneficial.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
