As a Property Manager (Senior Surveyor), you will oversee a varied portfolio, ensuring the smooth administration of property management tasks including rent collection, service charge budget preparations, handling lease renewals, and identifying asset management opportunities. Your role will involve liaising with clients, tenants, and contractors, conducting property inspections, and maintaining accurate records on our property management systems. You will ensure that all client reports are timely and precise, whilst also managing maintenance works efficiently. This diverse role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your skills and drive business initiatives forward.
Hours of Work: Full-time
Property Manager (Senior Surveyor) Requirements:
* RICS Chartered Surveyor status (preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including L&T Act 1954 and L&T Cov. Act 1995
* Exceptional communication and client management skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and drive business initiatives
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently
