What You'll Be Doing
Join our team as a Mental Health Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with mental health conditions. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to patients with mental health conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment plans and medication management
- Conduct medication reviews, ensuring safe and effective use of psychotropic medications
- Provide clinical support and education to healthcare professionals and patients
- Ensure adherence to mental health care protocols and compliance with regulations
- Actively contribute to service improvement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current GPhC Registration as a Pharmacist
- Ideally previous mental health experience or strong hospital wards experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a full-time position with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM . The contract is ongoing with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
