As a Production Team Leader, you will provide effective support in running production areas in line with product specifications and company standards regarding safety, quality, quantity, and cost. You will be pivotal in leading and guiding your team, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining product quality. Collaborating closely with the management team, you will oversee operational aspects, conduct team briefings, and ensure the team is prepared and equipped to meet targets from the start of each shift.
Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent position.
Production Team Leader Requirements:
* Proven track record in a similar manufacturing role.
* Strong understanding of people management, health & safety, and quality systems.
* Results-driven with a commitment to improving departmental performance.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage workloads effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
