As a Site Support Operative at Sodexo in Easingwold Training Centre, Y061 3FAWe are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Site Support Operative to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the daily operations of the site, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard and contributing to a safe and effective working environment.What you will do :Provide general support and assistance to site management and operational teams.Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, ensuring the site is free of hazards and debris.Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored, organized, and maintained.Assist with unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is stored in the correct locations.Help with setting up and dismantling equipment or site structures when required.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.Report any issues, damages, or concerns to the Site Manager in a timely manner.Assist with any other duties as required by the site management team.What you will bring:Previous experience in a site support, maintenance, or similar role is desirable but not essential.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.A proactive attitude with a focus on health and safety.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Basic understanding of maintenance and site operations is an advantage.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
