Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7/8a)
Location: Buckinghamshire - NHS Hospital service
Duration: 6 Months
Schedule: Full Time (MON-FRI, 10am - 6pm) or Part Time Considered
Start Date: ASAP, March 2025
End Date: 6 months (with potential extension)
Rate of Pay: �29 - �37 per hour via umbrella

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our NHS client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a large acute NHS Hospital. In this role, you will:
Provide clinical pharmacy services across general and medical wards
Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and patient assessments
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication management
Contribute to the education of healthcare staff and patients on medication-related issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous hospital experience (required)
GPHC registration as a Clinical Pharmacist
Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practice, including general and medical wards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position with full-time (MON-FRI, 10am - 6pm) or part-time availability considered. The contract is for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
