* Job Title : Pharmacist (Band 8A/8B)

* Duration : Ongoing contract
* Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM (with potential flexibility for 1 remote day per week)
* Start Date : March 2025
* Rate of Pay : �35 - �45 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
* Perform comprehensive medication reviews for oncology screening outpatients.
* Provide clinical pharmacy services, including chemotherapy and medication management.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care.
* Use Chemocare software for prescription management and patient data.
* Provide medication counselling and education to patients.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
* Experience working in oncology pharmacy or with chemotherapy medications
* Familiarity with Chemocare software (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday with the potential for 1 remote day per week. The contract is ongoing with a March 2025 start and strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
