Restaurant Supervisor – The FollyLocation: THE PIG – at Combe, Honiton, DevonHours: Full Time, 35 hours per week with overtime available as/when required.OTE £14 per hour, including tronc.We are currently looking for Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of The Folly – our derelict, chic hideaway, open for all year-round dining and events. We love nothing more than gathering people together to share stories and laughter over platefuls of delicious homegrown food. The Folly’s flagstone terrace offers incredible view’s and is our largest and popular space for both PIG events and private gatherings including standing events where we welcome up to 40 guests.As Restaurant Supervisor you will be the beating heart of the Folly’s service. Expect a combination of laid-back lunches to lively music nights. You will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community.
