We are looking for someone who will provide a welcoming and professional service at our busy school. You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills, as you will be one of the first point of contact for parents and visitors and will also handle telephone enquiries.Who are we looking for?The ideal person will have admin/office experience, preferably within a school setting but not essential. In addition to general administration support, this role will assist with the school's finance function, working closely with the School Business Manager. This will include the implementation of financial support,and ensuring that all procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently and in accordance with school policies. You will need to demonstrate attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, ability to use your own initiative and good organisation skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 is required, experience in Excel and Bromcom would be an advantage, but not essential if you can demonstrate the experience we are looking for.Due to the changing demands of the office, you will need to be flexible, along with patience, a sense of humour and a positive approach.
