This role involves helping people to improve and sustain their mental and emotional health and wellbeing.As a Wellbeing Worker, you will offer one-to-one person-centred support through sessions at the Navigator Hub, people’s homes and out in the community to people to identify their goals and develop their own tailored support package.We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives.
