Astute’s Contract Power team is partnering with a Leading Operator within the UK's Power industry to recruit Sales Manager for their waste management division on the Isle of Wight. This role is a Contract position for 6 months.
The Sales Manager role comes with a day rate from �250.00 to �270.00 per day (Inside IR35)
Key skills and responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a sales strategy to open up new business opportunities across the Isle of Wight.
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of 4 Sales Consultants to drive sales growth.
* Identify and target key sectors and businesses that require waste disposal solutions.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing coaching and guidance to improve conversion rates.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Report on key metrics, market trends, and business opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to sales and waste management solutions.
* Proven experience in sales management, business development, or B2B sales leadership.
* Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
* Experience in mentoring and developing sales teams.
* Knowledge or experience in waste management, logistics, or environmental services is desirable.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
