As a Junior Shipping Clerk, you will play a vital role in customer liaison, ensuring seamless import and export documentation, and coordinating vessel pre-loading and discharging arrangements. You will also handle customs clearance, arrange inland haulage, process invoices, and manage sales key accounts. Your stellar customer service skills will help you make customer bookings and prepare shipping documentation, all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Fixed-term
Junior Shipping Clerk Requirements:
* Minimum one year's sales or sales administration experience
* Minimum two years' administration experience
* A keen interest in the shipping industry
* Legal rights to work within Ireland without sponsorship
* A full, clean, and valid driver's licence (preferable)
