You will be responsible for the site’s efficient management, continuous improvement, profitability, and operational excellence. A proven track record in facilities management would be perfect.Main ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do:Manage the on-site contract and services to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved supported by GSMMaximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectivelyAct as the operational interface between the client(s) in GSM absence Manage Sodexo services and teams to deliver the agreed SLA and standards as instructed by GSM Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the company mission and valuesEnsure that statutory requirements and company policies and procedures are followed and deadlines are metLead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest qualitySupport the General Services Manager in the development of business strategy in line with current and emerging client needsDrive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes and servicesWhat you bring: Previous experience of operational management in a similar environment and a contract of a similar size and scope of servicesPeople management experience – especially large teams operating across different shifts and servicesAbility to interpret and utilise financial and commercial informationExcellent communication skillsAchieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria; for example health and safety, hygieneManage multiple services and workloads and shifting prioritiesProven ability to work in a partnership and collaborative way with other service providersPositive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriateSelf-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment IOSH qualificationsFood Safety Experience of delivering trainingPackage DescriptionSoft Services ManagerMonday - Friday 09:00 - 15:0040 hours per weekCompetitive Salary with Excellent BenefitsFree Onsite Parking About The CompanyAbout SodexoAt Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better every day for everyone to build a better life for all.
