As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting financial advisers, managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems.
This role offers the opportunity to pursue a CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or a Certificate in Financial Planning.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for advisers and clients.
- Handling email correspondence and maintaining client records.
- Managing databases, including CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Transcribing dictation and updating client records.
- Preparing reports and financial documentation.
- Assisting with client applications, fund switches, and investment submissions.
- Monitoring and chasing outstanding documentation.
- Maintaining accurate timesheets and recording time spent on tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previously worked as a Financial Administrator, IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator, Financial planning Administrator or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services.
- Hold A level or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and typing skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
