What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a Band 5/6 ACT Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of NHS patients. In this role, you will:
- Perform final accuracy checks on prescriptions and medication orders - Support the pharmacy team with dispensing and stock management - Provide advice on medication use to healthcare professionals and patients - Work within NHS hospital settings to deliver high-quality pharmacy services - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician - Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification - Experience in hospital or community pharmacy (NHS training provided if needed) - Strong communication and organisational skills - The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position for 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension. NHS accommodation is available for �10 per night-an excellent opportunity for relocation!
