Role: Band 7 Pharmacist
Location: West London - NHS Hospital
Duration: 2 months (with a view to extend)
Schedule: Either 4 or 5 weekdays, 9am - 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: �28 - �32 per hour (paid via PAYE)

What You'll Be Doing: Join our clients' team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of elderly and rehabilitation patients. In this role, you will:
Perform ward-based pharmacy services
Cover the care of elderly and rehab wards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the best patient outcomes
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPHC registration
Experience in ward-based pharmacy settings, particularly with elderly and rehab patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers flexible working with either 4 or 5 weekdays, 9am - 5pm. The initial contract is for 2 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
