Job Title: Clinical Rotational Pharmacist (Band 7/8a)
Location: Hertfordshire
Duration: Ongoing contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
Start Date: April 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: �27-�38 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Clinical Rotational Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital patients across multiple clinical specialties . In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
Provide expert clinical advice on prescribing and medicines management
Deliver evidence-based pharmaceutical care to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment
Maintain accurate patient records and support medication safety initiatives
You will be working across a range of clinical areas, including:
? Respiratory ? General Surgery ? Paediatrics ? Orthopaedics ? Acute Medicine ? Urology ? Vascular ? ENT ? Renal ? Cardiology ? Elderly Care & Stroke
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
Experience working in hospital ward-based pharmacy
Prior experience in any of the listed clinical specialties is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 5 days per week , with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
