Location: THE PIG, Brockenhurst, Hampshire. OTE £37,620 PA including tronc. Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week. As Maintenance Manager you will over see the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and report directly to the Hotel Manager regarding any essential or non-essential maintenance with the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the property being the priority.You will oversee a small team of Maintenance Assistants and develop their skills by leading by example.Experience in a similar role is essential, along with any relevant qualifications such as PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety.
