Sodexo is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at HMRC Worthing. This role is key in providing a welcoming first point of contact for visitors while also handling administrative tasks and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.What you’ll do:Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact.Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, processing emails, and filing documents.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.Assist with porter services and furniture movement as required.Manage office supplies, including replenishing tea, coffee, milk, and sugar.Operate till systems and follow cash handling procedures.Support the catering department and mailroom when required.Ensure all safety signage and personal protective equipment (PPE) are used correctly.Report maintenance issues and follow health & safety guidelines.Assist in securing the building at night.Be flexible to cover shifts during holidays and absences.What you bring:Essential:Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to follow health & safety guidelines.Team player with a proactive approach.Good organizational and time management skillsDesirable:Ability to work independently and use initiative.Previous experience in a similar role.
