- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (30-minute break)

- Rate of Pay: �34-40 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as an Oncology Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of oncology patients. In this role, you will:
- perform comprehensive patient assessments
- create and implement personalised care plans
- deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GPhC registration
- experience working with oncology and chemotherapy medications
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
