Assistant Operations & Training Manager – Gordonstoun Sail TrainingSituated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun was founded by Kurt Hahn, a visionary educationalist. The school is widely recognised as the world leader in Hahnian education, an education focused on the philosophies of service, challenge and compassion.We are looking for a Sail Training Assistant Operations & Training Manager for the 2025 sailing season (April to October). You will be enthusiastic for passing on your interests and passions for sailing and the maritime environment.We are a community of over 500 students aged from 5-18, who are predominantly full boarding and are drawn from over 40 countries. ● Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in all MS Office applications
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Qualifications Required**

● Experience of working in a team
● Experience of maintaining records
● RYA Power Boat Level 2
● Dinghy Sailing Level 3/Stage 4+
● Experience of working with young people at sea
● Ability to assess and appraise student achievement
● Ability to organise and teach groups of students at all levels of ability
● Ability to motivate students
● Dinghy Sailing Instructor
● First Aid Certificate
● Full UK driving licence
