Please note some emails may arrive in your junk mail folderMain ResponsibilitiesTrack project progress and financial dataPrepare and analyse reports for stakeholdersAssist with resource management and tender preparationEnsure project documentation is accurate and audit-readyConduct supplier compliance checks and maintain approved listsSupport security checks, contractor coordination, and access management (regional travel required)Organise and minute meetings across the RegionPrepare Purchase Orders and manage invoicingDrive continuous improvement in processesThe Ideal CandidateStrong financial and operational tracking skillsAdministrative or project support experienceAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent communication and time-management skillsExperience in project management and customer communicationKnowledge of CDM and workload schedulingWorking towards a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HNC/APM) or equivalentMust hold valid UK driving licence Why Join Us?At Landmarc, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.
