A leading nursing home is now looking for a strong Manager to join the team as their Care Home Manager .
Set within simply beautiful grounds, the home offers considerate nursing care, dementia care and respite services within a carefully-designed and restful setting - a spa-like residence fitting for its Bath location.
As Home Manager, you'll use effective leadership to make sure your residents and your team get the support they need to flourish, with every need and preference met.
Previous care experience would be beneficial but is not essential - as part of a commitment to a complete home living experience, we are able to consider experience leading large teams in relevant areas such as in previous Hospitality Manager or Operations Manager positions.
The home is part of a well-established care group, which means you'll benefit from great additional support and operational infrastructure.
This is a permanent , full-time position for a Care Home Manager .
Person specification :
* ( Essential ) Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership / equivalent
* ( Essential ) Highly experienced in managing large-scale teams with varied skillsets
* ( Essential ) Relevant professional skills transferrable to a role in healthcare management
