Whilst this role is mainly focused on Recruitment and Onboarding you will work with the wider HR Team to ensure we deliver a reliable service to all our customers. This role is fully office based Monday – Friday.A day in this role looks like….As a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our HR Team. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:Provide hiring managers with support and advice on the recruitment processes and procedures whilst delivering a friendly and efficient service. Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up to date and information added is correct. Monitor advertising expiry dates and collaborate with managers to identify those vacancies which may need extending and further support.Deliver training to colleagues and customers on the recruitment systems and processes.Produce and cascade internal communications relating to Recruitment.Ensuring all adverts are progressing inline with agreed KPI's. Responsible for monitoring company reviews on third party sites and responding to these in a timely manorEnsuring all adverts are advertising with the correct information such as salary, location etc. Ensuring all adverts that have ended are being actively progressed. Issuing employment offers as instructed by hiring managers.Communicate with candidates throughout the onboarding process to provide accurate updates on screening and information regularly. Provide hiring managers with support and advice on the onboarding processes and procedures whilst delivering
a friendly and efficient service. Carry out all aspects of onboarding compliance such as, pre-employment meetings, reference checks, DBS Checks, right to work checks.Ensure all new starters added to HRIS system and complete onboarding documentsSupport Managers with the administrational candidates onboarding process.Issue ID cards to the employees.Ensure compliance against agreed time limits and processes with regards to onboarding to support payroll cut off dates.Issuing employment contracts and arranging candidate start dates.Why Hestia?Joining Hestia means more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger. To excel in this role, you should possess:At least 1 years' experience working in a Recruitment & Onboarding role.Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.Experience with providing an excellent candidate journey. Knowledge of compliance required in a health sector environment.Understanding of recruitment and selection laws.Excellent communication and written skills.Strong IT Skills including experience and ability to work in Excel and Word.Strong customer service skills.
