We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Transformation Team. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across HCRG Care Group to support the delivery of the B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Community Services Transformation Programme. A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, you will thrive in project coordination and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team.Essential: Experience in health or social care and project coordination, with strong organisation, time management, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
