Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

End Date: On going
Rate of Pay: �27-�37 per hour (via umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist in a leading private hospital , where you will play a key role in enhancing patient care. In this ward-based role, you will:
Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients across medical and surgical wards
Work closely with medical and nursing teams to review and optimise medication use
Ensure medicines are prescribed, dispensed, and administered safely
Offer expert advice on drug interactions, side effects, and pharmaceutical best practices
Conduct medication reviews and participate in ward rounds
Stay up-to-date with current pharmacy practices and hospital procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
Experience working in hospital settings, specifically medical and surgical wards
Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 , with a 30-minute break each day . There is no weekend or on-call work . The contract is until June 2025 , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
