As a Scheduler - Commercial, you will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating maintenance plans for our Plant Rooms and ensuring rapid responses to any breakdowns. Your role will involve allocating engineers for both planned and emergency work, liaising with clients, and managing quotations and invoicing processes. You will also support our domestic engineers by arranging access for jobs and ensuring our communication lines stay open. Your meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining our service levels and client satisfaction.
Hours of Work: Full-Time
Scheduler - Commercial Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience in scheduling and resource coordination.
* Knowledge of purchasing and invoicing processes.
* Computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
