Find your future!Sodexo is seeking a Technical Facilities Manager at Leven and Fife to join our team.We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and dynamic individual to contribute to the smooth operation at our prestigious site.You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way!Purpose of the Job:The Technical Services Manager will oversee the service delivery of hard services across designated sites, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the timely execution of mandatory and statutory tasks. This role will involve managing KPIs, SLAs, PPMs, and reactive work, as well as liaising with subcontractors and providing technical guidance. The position also includes ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery Management:Oversee the management of technical services across designated site(s), ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standard with a focus on service excellence.Ensure all KPIs, SLAs, and PPMs are met and exceeded, with no failures to contractual standards.Manage both PPMs and reactive works via Help Desk, mobile engineers, contractors, and the wider technical team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure full compliance with all statutory, mandatory, and SFG20 standards.Proactively manage health and safety compliance, including the management of risk assessments.Maintain and manage the risk register to monitor, manage, and reduce risks.Team & Stakeholder Management:Provide technical advice and guidance to the Account Support Manager and wider team.Regularly liaise with the client’s site engineering and assurance teams to coordinate work orders.Attend monthly stakeholder meetings, supporting the Account Manager with meeting preparation and ensuring alignment with client objectives.Liaise with multiple client stakeholders, building relationships and providing regular updates on progress and performance.Subcontractor & Cost Management:Manage subcontractor performance and relationships to ensure all contracted work is completed as agreed.Submit and manage variation orders for scope changes, reactive tasks, and project works.Identify and implement cost-saving and environmental initiatives to improve overall efficiency.Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Seek opportunities for innovation and cost savings to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.Contribute to the overall financial performance by supporting the Account Support Manager in evaluating financial performance and ensuring cost control.Context and Main Issues:Client Satisfaction & Retention:Focus on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retaining client relationships through proactive service delivery and constant engagement.Environmental & Cost-Saving Initiatives:Contribute to cost-saving strategies and environmental initiatives, promoting sustainability in all operations.Stakeholder Engagement:Regularly engage with multiple stakeholders, attending meetings, and providing status updates on technical services and operations.Compliance & Policy Adherence:Ensure adherence to Sodexo and client policies, including HR policies, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of contract scope and requirements.Accountabilities:Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded in every aspect of service delivery.Team Spirit: Promote a collaborative, positive, and motivated team environment.Compliance: Maintain adherence to all legal, safety, and contractual obligations.Service Delivery: Ensure all services are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.No Complaints: Resolve any issues quickly to prevent client complaints or dissatisfaction.Dimensions:Busy Site:Manage a busy site with multiple meetings throughout the week, coordinating work across different teams and stakeholders.Onsite Team Management:Supervise onsite fixed handymen, ensuring they complete reactive works received through both Sodexo and client reporting systems.Stakeholder Management:Oversee and liaise between a range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.CAFM System Management:Administer the CAFM system and coordinate associated tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.Qualifications and Experience:Education & Experience:Proven experience in technical services or facilities management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong technical background, particularly in building systems management (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).Skills & Abilities:Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in CAFM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with statutory and mandatory standards, including SFG20.Certifications:Relevant certifications in facilities management, health & safety, or technical services are desirable (e.g., CFM, IOSH, NEBOSH).Working Conditions:Full-time role with occasional after-hours and weekend work required.On-site presence necessary for overseeing operations and meetings.Package DescriptionTechnical Facilities ManagerMonday - Friday40 Hours per week£42 - 44,000 per annum + Sodexo BenefitsFree Parking, access to client storeAbout The CompanyAbout SodexoAt Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better every day for everyone to build a better life for all.
