Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our sales team at our Land Rover Dealership in Hereford.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team, ideally you will have some experience in Sales or a premium customer service role, but is looking to Listers for better rewards and career opportunities. Within Listers we have Brand Ambassadors & Trainee Sales Executives that are the first step for our managers of the future. Previous motor trade experience is not required as full training and support will be provided.
Hours of work are Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week, working 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
Typically you can expect to earn between £35,000 - £55,000 in your first year, plus the use of a company car upon completion of a training period. The successful candidate will also receive guaranteed earnings for their first 3 months to support you during your introduction to car sales.

• This is a genuine “learn the business” role and our expectation will be for the successful individual to observe and learn every aspect of selling a car, as well as the smooth running of a dealerships sales department.
