Whether catering for thrilling football matches, exhilarating music concerts, or a variety of bespoke events, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable dining experiences.What We're Looking For:Responsible for the effective delivery of food across Fulham FC and Fulham Pier, in line with the standards set out by the onsite client and Executive Sous Chef.Training and developing all chefs within each department to company standard and that expected of our customers and client.The role will also be focused on achieving the KPI’s as outlined by the venue client.This role will be part of the senior team onsite at Fulham FC and Fulham Pier and is responsible for driving an excess of £5m+ of food sales.Key Focus AreasLeads effective and collaborative communication with all key internal and external stakeholders including our Michelin star caliber chef partners.Ensure we never compromise on quality and flavor through exceptional professional standards.Drive sales, manage volumes and compliance through preferred suppliers and local sourcing where applicable.Deliver client tasting sessions for event planning.People management of both permanent and fixed brigades across multiple kitchens on site to include effective leadership, recruitment, engagement, training, development, and motivation.Legislative and company HSE procedures and standards complianceResponsible for SLAFinancially astuteAble to read and understand a P and LComfortable with HR procedures and following processResponsible for all full time rotas and management of holiday allowancesMust be able to understand large numbers of catering and have a good logistics knowledge.What You Bring:You will be ambitious, confident, and resilient.You are a nice person who enjoys leading a talented brigade.You have a passion for fresh ingredients and enjoy creating stunning dishes time and time again.Proven track record in high quality environments and have the confidence and ability to demonstrate your own style with finesse and flair.Able to illustrate how you keep pace with food trends and translate them to exciting and appealing menu and food offers.You have a guest first approach and able to adapt style to a broad range of experiences.Commercial minded with evidence of successfully managing costs in line with exceptional delivery.You take a hands on approach.Profit margins and targets are met or exceeded.Client and Customer satisfaction in food is improved and maintained.We’re experience makers and food fanatics.
