Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Operations Director you will:
* Lead the delivery of maintenance services of Solar PV, LED and EV Charing Infrastructure
* Coordinate with various internal and external teams to ensure performance is optimised
* Be the focal point for communication from customers
* Track KPI’s, analyse data and implement the relevant improvement’s
* Oversee the O&M documentation within the business
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* A recognised qualification in facilities management or engineering
* Certifications in Health and Safety (IOSH or NEBOSH)
* Certifications in Renewable Energy (MCS or a City ad Guilds) are desirable
Personal skills
The Service Delivery Manager role would suit someone who is:
* Proactive when it comes to being a problem solver
* An excellent communicator both internally and internally
* A proven and strong leader and able to keep schedules organized
* Familiar with Renewable Energy
