If so, we’d love to hear from you.In this roleyou will be providing high quality, technical support service to the team.You must have an eye for detail, have excellent customer service skills and be a confident and effective communicator.You will be responsible for collating and compiling data from a range of sources, compiling KPI data and analysing results.You will also coordinate the completion of the statistical returns.You will also be responsible for dealing with initial complaints from customers, carrying out investigations and responding to customer queries. You must be adept at switching priorities and delivering work to defined deadlines. You will also be responsible for managing the team administrators.It goes without saying that you must be an experienced team leader and have experience of analysing data and dealing with customers.To be successful you will need an excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications and have exceptional time management skills.We are on a journey of transforming the way we deliver our services to our customers.
