We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analystwith a real passion for the power of data to join ourSupplier Relationship Management team.As an experienced Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be able to understand complex data sets and know how to collate data captured from a wide range of sources and be confident structuring, interpreting, and analysing it.You will manage all supply chain data including performance & logistical data. You’ll have a continuous improvement mindset, be a collaborative team player and be a great communicator who is comfortable working with (and influencing when required) a wide range of stakeholders.You’ll witness the real impact of your contributions while enhancing your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.We are flexible on location, the role can be office based or Hybrid. Please be aware most of the team are based in the Stevenage office and there will be a requirement to attend meetings there regularlyMain ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of a robust supplier performance management processMaintaining supply chain data records to support supplier performance management and LogisticsPreparing reports for regular supplier and/or client meetingsConsistent analysis of available data i.e., performance data, logistics data, customer satisfaction, supply solutions logsAssist with the commercial analysis of supply chain initiatives including but not limited to product rationalisation, service efficiencies and logistics efficienciesProvide useful & timely reports to respective supplier relationship leads and senior managementDevelop a suite of management information that supports business need/priorities, developing reports in line with business strategy & directionAd hoc reporting & analysis in line with overall Procurement activitySupport the Head of Responsible Sourcing with analysis of Responsible Sourcing data to support delivery of the Responsible Sourcing strategyThe Ideal CandidateExperience of data analysis and reporting and the ability analyse data and make appropriate recommendations to improve and recover service in support of operational performance, margins and salesExcellent numeracy and problem-solving skills with the ability to confidently handle numbers and/or undertake statistical analysisExpert IT skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Power BI.
