Job Title: CRHT Practitioner (Band 6)
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 3 months ongoing
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: �26 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a CRHT Practitioner and play a vital role in supporting adults in crisis. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for adults in crisis.
* Developing and implementing personalised crisis care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support emotional well-being and crisis resolution.
* Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
* Liaising with families, social workers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care .
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
* Offering guidance and psychoeducation to patients and their caregivers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid NMC registration (or relevant professional body registration).
* Previous experience in CRHT or working with adults in crisis mental health settings .
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team .
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care .
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability for 12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM . The contract is for an initial 3-month period with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
