What is the job role?We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Registration Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and general office support to the Register Office team. You will be the first point of contact for customers to the Registration Service, through personal visits, telephone, emails, and letters and also cover reception and usher ceremonies. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills. good administrative, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work accurately, with attention to detail. Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4.30 pm.Who are we looking for?The successful candidate will have a confident and positive attitude as well as a strong team player with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
