Main assignments Meetings rooms /Floor under your control are all fully operational, all customer requests are actioned in a timely manner and a 5-Star service is provided with positive feedback from usersConduct site induction tours to the agreed plan and support events as required.Deliver a consistent level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed on performance.Promoting a positive working environment where the 'One Team' culture is evident and actively followed.Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, and COSHH.Provide accurate and timely reports to support the management of the floor.Be approachable, warm, and friendly as we support & welcome Shell employees to their exciting workplace and connect with their team.Any assigned tasks completed by the required deadline and as per SLAs. 3. Accountabilities To take ownership and responsibility for all allocated areas and ensure that a 5* customer service is experienced by all, and shift rotation is maintained to ensure all areas are always manned.The setup, upkeep, and maintenance of all meeting rooms/floor areas to a high standard. This includes maintaining a working knowledge of all communication equipment in order to provide any AV first-line support required and liaising with wider Sodexo teams as required.Cross-train on all aspects of the Community Associate services Sodexo provides on the Shell London campus Contract and able to provide support when required as well as understanding the scope of the wider FM provision. Actively support and promote the "One Team" ethos of working and supporting departments.Ensure that any administration, emails, diaries, and reports are kept up to date.Responsible for checking thoroughly the daily booking reports to ensure requirements booked by the client are delivered. (Visitor reports, room booking reports, etc).Assist Catering operation including serving refreshments, lunches and setting up eventsComplete all records and audits as directed accurately and in a timely manner.Report any complaints, compliments, incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities to the line manager, taking appropriate action where practicable.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all local areas, facilities, and core operations at Shell London locations.Comply with all Company and Client guidelines, policies and procedures, and statutory regulations relating to your workplace, this will include but not be limited to fire, health, and safety. Ensure the safety and security of the company and client property.To attend on-site training/huddles where necessary and keep up to date with legislation and company policy procedures.To deliver and promote Continuous Improvement and best practices.
