We are excited to announce the launch of our new Leicestershire and Rutland Sexual Health Service and are looking for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Admin and Data Lead to join our team starting April 1, 2025. This exciting position will hold overall managerial responsibility for the administration and data aspects of the service including working cohesively with their deputy to develop and ensure that all functions within the single point of access are seamless and robust, ensuring ease of access to the service.   Your responsibilities will also include the oversight and development of a comprehensive framework for managing and facilitating the efficient and accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data. Your role is essential in ensuring Leicestershire and Rutland Sexual Health Hub is  operating at the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency. You will be able to analyses the data and align to service Key Performance Indicators and able to provide accurate reports relating to datasets. You will also be working closely with colleagues within the service and the with the wider Business Unit colleagues. The post holder will hold line management responsibilities for the Deputy and Admin Lead and other administration roles within the service including Medical Secretaries If you think that you have the passion and drive to fulfil this exciting role it would be great to hear from you. The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:Good understanding of the IDOX EPR Software (Lilie).Excellent understanding of general office working procedures.Experience of people managementProven record of planning, organisational, change management and administration skills.Excellent level of verbal and written communication.Able to analyse problems and initiate appropriate solutions effectively.Excellent understanding and ability to produce contractual reports.Willing to undertake further training and development in the understanding and implementation of data for service improvement.While not essential, having a good understanding of the analytics platform Tableau or other data system (or willingness to learn), and information analysis, business planning in a multi-disciplinary setting, is desirable. Other requirements: Post holder must hold a current UK driving license and have access to a car on a daily basis for movement between hubs, meetings, events both locally and nationally.  About The CompanyWe change lives by transforming health and care. Established in 2006, we are one of the UK's leading independent providers of community health and care services, working with health and care commissioners and communities to transform services with a focus on experience, efficiency and improved outcomes.
