With a decorated past the Birmingham City FC is once again on the rise with extensive refurbishment of St Andrews last summer and ongoing success on the pitch. The purpose-built venue features a wide range of rooms, spaces and bars our team operate daily offering infinite flexibility for our guests. With more development and expansion planned at Birmingham City FC this will continue to be the venue of choice in Birmingham.This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient matchday and non-matchday operations, maintaining stock levels, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Oversee the management and performance of all retail food and beverage kiosks on matchdays and events.Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.Manage and maintain all bar and cellar operations across the stadium.Ensure all cellars are stocked, maintained, and compliant with licensing regulations.Oversee beer line cleaning and maintenance to ensure top-quality product service.Work closely with suppliers to manage stock levels and deliveries efficiently.Manage stock levels, rotation, wastage control, and ordering processes.Track and analyse sales data to improve operational efficiency.Ensure smooth and efficient service on matchdays and events.Liaise with internal teams to coordinate pre-event planning and post-event reviews.Support in implementing promotions and seasonal product changes.If you’re passionate about delivering top-quality hospitality experiences and have a strong background in retail and cellar management, we’d love to hear from you!About you:Previous experience in a similar role within a stadium, large venue, or hospitality setting.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent understanding of stock control, cellar management, and licensing laws.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong financial and commercial awareness.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.At Levy UK & Ireland, we take pride in fostering a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion.
