What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting hospital pharmacy services. In this role, you will:
? Support the safe and effective use of medicines across hospital wards ? Conduct medicines reconciliation and provide patient counselling ? Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management ? Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NHS guidelines ? Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service improvement
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
? A current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician ? Previous hospital or medicines management experience preferred ? Strong communication and teamwork skills ? The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment ? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
