FM Team Leader- Royal Surrey County Hospital£29105 per annum40 hours per week5 days over 7, this is to include weekends and Bank HolidaysOverall Purpose of the role To effectively plan, manage and control the day-to-day operational activity of the logistics services at RSCH Hospital within the agreed budget parameters, through a team of Departmental Managers. The services include, but are not limited to portering and domestics.The key role is to ensure that the services are delivered to the required standards detailed in the contract specification through the application of high-level technical skills across the range of functional activities. To deliver elements within the business plan to achieve current year’s performance. To ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed budgets. To coach/support the Departmental Supervisors in the delivery of their roles. ·Provide trended analysis of Labour costs, Performance, Security Incidents and Trust activities in line with company and client requirements · To maintain effective internal and external client and user relationships within area of responsibility.
